Time for our last photo shoot with Aria's adorable - fun - playful - sweet & cuddly litter of F1b pups!
Eight weeks never seems long enough...and yet, in the time we are blessed to have them, we've worked to ensure they have:
🐾 been provided with a loving environment.
🐾 been exposed to (positive) daily enrichment.
🐾 felt safe and secure.
🐾 developed to become enriched and empowered pups -> dogs.
🐾 felt encouraged to explore and learn.
🐾 come to know - people are kind, the world is safe, they are loved!
We are so excited for the wonderful CHC families these pups will be calling theirs.
This Saturday is the BIG day.

We met our families, September 12
Aria's Pokemon (name theme) litter of F1b Cockapoo puppies met their fur-ever families this past weekend!
We were so excited to meet families we had been corresponding with and to further learn about the homes our pups would become part of.
The pups brought ALL the cuteness - being playful, cuddly, sleepy (I mean, they are just babies 💙🐾❤️) and endearing themselves to all.
Their 6 week photo shoot (ok, we are a little late on this) was able to be outdoors in the beautiful NH summer/turning-to-fall weather we had been enjoying with them during our outdoor play and adventure time.

4 Weeks (and a day), August 25
Very excited to say all families have been lined up for Aria's adorbale F1b Cockapoo puppy litter!
The pups are motoring about, finding their voices and are so playful and inquisitive.
This stage is so fun and we can't wait to meet our wonderful CHC families in just 2 weeks.
Our photo shoot was outdoors today and although rainy and cool, the puppies enjoyed sniffing the air and were unfazed by all the noises (cars, birds, and a tractor trimming trees) thanks to the work we do here at CHC to positively expose our pups to novel experiences (sights, sounds, smells).

Peek-a-Poo, August 10
Two weeks today and Aria's Cockapoo puppies are beginning to open their eyes! This also means their ears are opening and they can start to hear us. We love watching them as they begin trying to walk, on very wobbly legs (sometimes with just as much movement forward as sideways and backwards, ha). Aria is an amazingly attentive momma and we are thrilled at the care and love she is showing to her little ones. She never wants to leave their side and is quick to offer a sniff and cuddle if anyone makes even the slightest of peeps.
We are loving our daily snuggles and handling as well as watching each pups response to their nightly ENS and ESI (that the boys and I work on together).
I will begin to reaching out to CHC families (currently on our waiting list) later this evening and throughout the weekend.

They're here, July 27
SO thankful to announce a safe delivery and healthy arrival of Aria's first litter of F1b Cockapoo puppies!
Aria, with us close by her side, welcomed a beautiful litter of 9 puppies in a little over 3 hours (8:24PM - 11:52PM)!!
Before our eyes she transformed from our puppy Ari to momma Ari. The whelping process never ceases to amaze and astound me, as the mom gracefully moves into role of protector and nurturer as soon as their first pup is delivered.
Pups are doing great, nursing and gaining weight.
Through the years, my boys' interests (in toys, games, etc) have changed - but there have been 4 constants in their line up: dinosaurs, legos, dogs/puppies and Pokemon. So, this litters name theme is, Pokemon.

Waiting, July 27
We are waiting - eagerly....anxiously....for the arrival of Aria and Moxie's first litter and CHC's first F1b Cockapoo puppy litter!
On Monday, 7/24 Aria went to see Dr. Kelleher for pregnancy x-ray and progesterone check. I was blown away when Dr. K pulled up her radiograph and I counted all the little spines and skulls. While I am beyond thrilled at the number of pups seen (for all of our wonderful and excited CHC families) I also felt anxious (and teared up) as I thought of the upcoming delivery for my sweet girl. Dr. Kelleher was wonderful - understanding & patient - reassuring me that we (together) have got this!
Prayers would be much appreciated - for Aria to have a safe delivery and for all her littles to arrive healthy and safe. 🐾

Pregnancy confirmed, July 3
Today, Aria went for her ultrasound at Broadview Reproductive Animal Hospital. Dr. Kelleher confirmed Aria is expecting!
The boys and I were thrilled at the good news and blown away as we saw little paws, heartbeats, and wriggly puppies on the screen.
Breeding dates and ultrasound have Aria due date between Friday, 7/28 and Monday, 7/31.
We eagerly await our the arrival of Aria and Moxie's first litter and CHC's first F1b Cockapoo puppy litter!
