Moon's "Fast Food Fellas" turned 7 weeks today!

One more week with this adorable crew, before they head to their wonderful fur-ever homes!

We will continue to explore and play outside - chasing fallen leaves carried on the breeze, romping through the grass and practicing our pounce (on littermates) running ('cause we can), and nibbling any and everything we see (why not, we're pups).

Inside we will run the roost - playing on the main level of the house with our slide, activity cube, anything that rolls and of course when we get tuckered out snuggles and a naps.

We're big "kids" now, september 7

Cockapoo puppy cuteness is in FULL effect around here, and we are smitten!

Moon's fast food fellas are so personable - engaging - playful - and busy! Of course, after all the busy they still sleep A LOT.

At 5 weeks they are:

🐾 Still nursing with momma but really enjoying their softened kibble and formula meals (recenlty sharing, quite nicely, with Marley).

🐾 Enjoying the wonderful weather with multiple playtimes outside (smelling, nibbling, climbing, following).

🐾 Doing well with pellet training.

🐾 Having regular nail trims, mini spa sessions, daily handling and noise exposure.

We've lined up 6 wonderful CHC families for these adorable pups and are looking forward to meeting them and having them meet their pups next weekend.

Today was a gorgeous - mild - summer mixed with fall day - so, we opted for an outdoor photo shoot. My goodness 💙💙💙💙💙💙 - adorable!

Hello World - Hello Puppies, August 18

Moon's little guys are growing so quick (getting chunkier by the day💙)!

The little over overachievers began opening their eyes earlier this week - a milestone that melts our hearts! Finally able to "see" them (and they to see us) - they also can hear our voices when we speak to them.

Moon continues to be a fantastic momma, eager to show off her handsome boys to friends and family who have come to visit.

Drew has taken responsibility for this litter and is a wonderful helper doing daily weigh-ins and handling exercises.

Paws on the ground, August 3

Moon's belly isn't the only thing growing around here.....the anticipation and excitement of meeting her littles is too!

Weekend plans are to stick close to momma and be on puppy watch. My nieces were over and helped in the all-nighters being pulled so as to keep watch and be by Moon's side should she need us.

We are so thankful to report that Moon delivered a handsome litter of 6 F1 Cockapoo puppy boys and she is doing GREAT!

Name theme chosen is Fast Food Fellas, after fast food chains. We have: Chip (Chipotle), Sonic, Dunkin (Dunkin-Donuts), Wetzel (Wetzel's Pretzels), Arby (Arby's) and Mickey D (McDonald's).

Look Who's expecting, July 22

It's a beautiful sunshine summer morning here in NH as Moon and I head to Broadview Repro to meet with Dr. Kelleher.

Momma traveled so nicely in the car, resting and relaxing both to and from the appointment.

Ultrasound and x-ray were performed to help determine dates for delivery and see how many babes momma will soon be delivering.

The next several days we will prepare to welcome Moon's little ones - setting up the whelping box, laundering linens, etc. - while also preparing momma's delivery room to provide her with the most calming and peaceful atmosphere for delivery - soft lighting, calming music, pheromone therapy, proper supplements, etc.

We will be sure to announce their arrival just as soon as possible. Stay tuned!
